Library cards are free! To obtain a card, your child must be able to print their first and last name and have a parent with an ID.
We belong to the North Country Library System, so your card can be used at any Oswego, Lewis, Jefferson, or St. Lawrence County Library. E-books and audiobooks are available with your card through the Libby app.
