We currently have Wireless Internet access that is available anywhere in our building for public use.
Printing is available at a rate of 15 cents per page for black and white, and 25 cents per page for color. These prices are doubled for two-sided pages.
Computer Help is always available; simply ask at the Main Desk and someone will assist you.
Passes to NY state parks, Onondaga County Parks including the zoo, and the Children’s Museum of Oswego are available to borrow for a three days at a time.

There are a variety of cake pans that are available to be checked out to patrons, as well as STEM kits upstairs in the Children’s room that can be taken out as well. These kits range in age from toddlers to older children; you can find out more information about them at the Children’s room desk.

Local groups and nonprofits may use our large, well-equipped Community Room during library hours.
Books By Mail
North Country Library System provides a wide variety of materials including large print books, books on audio cassette, and books on CD. Items can be mailed directly to eligible individuals at no charge. Any person over the age of 62, those with physical issues and unable to visit a public library, those with hearing difficulties, those with visual difficulties, and residents of institutions all qualify. Oswego Public Library Book Sale
Donations we do not need in our collection, with books and other items that have been removed from our circulation collection, are available for purchase on the main level and in the Children’s Room. Paperback books and CDs are $0.50; Hardcover Books, DVDs, & Blu-rays are $1.00.
